Day 4 - Llaucana, Puerto Napo

Breakfast consisted of the usual fare: scrambled eggs and croissants, but with a twist – every day, there was a different fruit juice and assortment of fruits. Today, it was the intriguing flavor of papaya juice!

Today, we revisited the similar spot in Puerto Napo, only this time, it was bathed in glorious sunshine!

Upon our arrival, we noticed a striking difference in the activities of butterflies compared to what we observed yesterday when it was cloudy and rainy!

It was indeed a fruitful day with some of these highlight butterflies that we have seen today. The Amazon forest exudes an incredible sense of tranquility, and surprisingly, there have been no encounters with leeches or bothersome biting insects thus far.

We were at the river bank for quite sometime just photographing some of the Papilio that were seen puddling

After a fulfilling day of observing butterflies, we made our way to Oli's sister's restaurant for another delightful serving of Ceviche and other delicious dishes.
